This project is currently under review. This is a new method of converting alternating current energy into mechanical movement based on the concept of 'Reverse Parametric Effect' (RPE) first discovered and reported in 1936-38 by L. Beteno and N. Papaleksy. In the 'RPE' drive the real asynchronous conversion of energy takes place in the presence of two independent oscillating systems, one high frequency and one low frequency. The moving mechanical part represented in the low frequency circuit influences the electrical parameters of the high frequency stationary circuit. Advantages claimed by a RPE system include:
