Architect born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1978, who has worked in the construction industry since 1998 and is currently Director/Owner of Harris Desarrolladores S.A. de C.V. (Harris Developers), which has been devoted to developing real estate projects since its inception, including business planning, financing, design, construction and sales team management.
Founded Harris Desarrolladores S.A. de C.V. (Harris Developers) with the purpose of generating and fully exploiting opportunities in real estate development. Currently part of a synergy with PDI International Services and MB Credit for funding, execution and supervision of various international real estate development projects (commercial and residential), including many projects on the Mexican coasts.
After 4 years working indirectly with PIRSA, accepted the leadership of the project area where the main objective was to design, calculate, quantify and implement new housing developments based on market research studies; this was accomplished with a team of 43 professionals who addressed the design and construction of 4,590,000 sq. ft. through subcontracts and company resources.
Assumes project management after the company needed to address 17 projects simultaneously; included the bidding, design and implementation of electromechanical installations (representing 2,900,000 sq. ft.); with the mandate to continue attracting new projects of over $ 10,000,000.00 per month to sustain the projected growth of the company. The position involved a seat on the board of QualyPanel-Covintec; a position that is still held today.
Management focused on coordinating highly ranked non-governmental projects from the bidding process through construction of facilities with values exceeding $10,000,000.00 and timelines in excess of 24 months.
