1) What is PDI International Services?

The legal name is PDI International Services S.A.P.I. de C.V., S.O.F.O.M., E.N.R.

PDI International Services is a Financial Institution legally registered in Mexico and located in La Paz, Baja California Sur (South).

The concept of a S.A.P.I. is a limited liability stock corporation. Mexican stock corporations may be incorporated as a S.A.P.I., or may adopt the form pursuant to a transformation resolution adopted by its general extraordinary shareholders meeting.

S.O.F.O.M. is very similar to a Credit Union in the United States and Canada. It exists as a Financial Institution solely on behalf of its Members but with a much wider array of financial products (Note the list of products/services provided by PDI in number 6 below).

2) Why was PDI international Services created?

C.O.N.D.U.S.E.F. www.condusef.gob.mx is the federal agency that registers and monitors Financial Institutions such as PDI international Services.

7) Are there any normal banking services or products PDI International Services does not offer?

8) Is my money safe in Mexico?

Absolutely! PDI International Services partners with only the top-rated banks in the world. The type of investment required will determine the bank(s) involved. PDI International Services offers its members Triple A (AAA) rated investments only. Regardless of investment outcome, PDI International Services guarantees its members their original investment principal and the guaranteed interest per contract. PDI provides the peace of mind of participating with its members and associates!

9) What if a particular investment tanks and the money is lost.

As discussed in number 8, the Member's original investment principal is guaranteed as is the interest amount per their contract. Members, however, would NOT enjoy any Bonus Dividends on poorly performing investments.

10) How can I take my Guaranteed Interest and Bonus Dividends?

Member's Choice at Time of Contract

11) What are the term choices for Account Deposits and Investments?

Min two Year. Contract terms can be negotiated on an individual basis.

12) What if I have an emergency and need to access my money earlier than the term of my contract?
  1. Your money is available at any time within a maximum of ____business days which is outlined in your contract based on the investment product. All our products have liquidity.
  2. Interest earnings and bonus dividends would adjust per contract if money is withdrawn.
13) How do I open an account and become a PDI International Services Member?

Eight (8) Easy Steps

  1. Contact PDI via e-mail through website or by phone
  2. PDI will e-mail the Member Application
  3. Potential Member completes and returns application with all documentation to PDI
  4. Phone or Personal consultation is scheduled
  5. Contract is prepared by PDI based on consultation
  6. Contract is signed and returned to PDI
  7. PDI provides wire instructions
  8. New Member wire funds based on contractual agreement

(1) Note: Members are always welcome to travel to one of our locations for consultations or to sign contracts. However, all funds must be wired.

14) How can I monitor my account at PDI International Services?

Kreston International Accounting provides all accounting services and on-line access information in Spanish or English for PDI International Members.

15) How will my Interest Earnings and Bonus Dividends be reported?

Kreston International Accounting will provide all required tax documents including annual earnings statements to members. When a Mexican corporation pays interest or dividends, it must withhold income tax for Mexico. In addition, Kreston International will provide a foreign tax credit statement for the members who are citizens of other countries.

16) Will Kreston International Accounting report my earning to the governments in Canada and the United States?

NO

17) Will I incur any Mexican tax consequences as a Member of PDI International Services?

No. Members are taxed by Mexico when dividends or interest is withdrawn. Kreston International Accounting will provide primary information relative to your tax responsibilities or will refer you to appropriate tax counsel.

18) Can PDI International stock be purchased?

No-PDI International is a privately held company

19) How does PDI International Services give back to the community?

PDI International Services has a policy of donating 1% of the amount of each Member's donation of their account annually to the charity of each Member's choice.

20) Does PDI Services International have a physical office?

Yes. PDI Services International is located in La Paz, BCS Mexico. PDI international Services will break ground by the end of 2011 on their new facility in Cabo San Lucas. PDI International Services has plans to open offices in other areas of Mexico.
